Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. The following policy outlines Nepalaya Travelco’s cancellation terms:
Trekking and Tour Packages
- 30 days or more before departure: 80% refund of total cost.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of total cost.
- Within 14 days of departure: No refund available.
Third-Party Bookings
Cancellations involving airlines, hotels, or transport operators are also subject to their individual policies, in addition to ours.
No-Show Policy
Failure to appear for the tour without prior notice will result in no refund.
Cancellations by Nepalaya Travelco
If the company cancels a trip due to unforeseen conditions (weather, political unrest, or natural disasters), clients can choose between
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling the trip at a later date.
