At Nepalaya Travelco, we strive for fairness and transparency in every transaction. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled after cancellations or modifications
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only according to the Cancellation Policy or if a tour is canceled by the company.
Refund Procedure
- Submit a written refund request to support@nepalayatravelco.com with your booking reference.
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 10–15 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
Non-Refundable Components
- Transaction fees, permit fees, insurance, and government taxes.
- Any unused portion of a trip (meals, transport, accommodation, or activities).
Partial Refunds
If a traveler ends the trip midway for personal reasons, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
